Job Summary/Basic Function:

The Enrollment Associate is responsible for recruiting in the surrounding area to promote the advantages of attending SBBCollege.

Essential Duties

•Be familiar with all of the SBBCollege features and benefits
•Possess the determination and commitment level necessary for carrying out the admissions processes, standards and expectations this position demands
•Adhere to the rules and regulations of accrediting and approval agencies, regarding recruiting techniques.
•On a daily basis, generate new contacts in the community as well as all Public and Private High Schools in the surrounding area.
•Establish campaigns to promote SBBCollege through outbound cold calling and prospecting efforts, mass communication such as email, social media, and face to face contacts
•Identify and document key contacts and activity with integrity.
•Utilize proper follow up and research to initiate on-going relationships
•Generate and develop the qualified prospective student lead pipeline for the campus to assist in consistently meeting enrollment objectives
•Report weekly on lead generation pipelines
•Deliver well prepared educational presentations on a variety of topics including but not limited to the value and benefits of SBBCollege and each of its program offerings including but not limited to, high school presentations, career fairs, college nights, job fairs, in reach events, webinars, and other outreach events
•Maintain and develop proper volumes of marking materials needed for outreach and lead generation

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent, or six months to one year experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
