Job Summary/Basic Function:

The Campus Director is responsible to provide overall leadership to campus employees, oversee direct and indirect reports to include: Academics, Admissions, Financial Aid and Career Services.

Essential Duties

• Develop and implement strategic and operational plans with management to align with company goals, industry opportunities, and local needs.
• Monitor, evaluate and direct all activities to achieve set goals and outcomes.
• Conduct and participate in review, forecast and planning meetings.
• Participate and manage budget to achieve financial stability and growth.
• Provide input and advocate for local advertising and publicity opportunities.
• Develop and promote community relationships.
• Perform or assign duties of Campus Safety Officer responsibilities to ensure campus security and safety for all employees and students.
• Serve as the Student Disability Coordinator (also known as the Section 504 Coordinator).
• Perform the duties of the Identity Theft Program Manager.
• Manage and coordinate facility and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness and overall quality of environment.• Manage 1 to 10 direct reports who supervise 1 to 15 employees.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from an accredited college or university required. Additionally, five or more years’ related experience and/or training in business, education, or finance preferred.
